Ingredients

  • 4 longeôles
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Butter

Accompanying wine

Mondeuse (Arbin).

 

Preparation

Place the pricked sausages in cold water and bring to the boil. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and cook for 15 min. Add the potatoes – peeled and cut in half – and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
