Saucisses de Magland

Traditional recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 6 sausages
  • 200 g rice
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 30 g butter
     

Accompanying wine

Mondeuse (Cruet)

 

Preparation

 

Brown the sausages and the rice in butter. Moisten with 4 ladles of water and simmer for 20 min. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
